You can modify the return method associated with an exchange or refund request from the Merchant Dashboard.
You can use this option if the customer has made a mistake when selecting the return method to return the parcel, or if, after several attempts, it is impossible to locate the customer at their address when making a home collection. A label could be generated so that the customer can leave the package at a drop-off point.
Follow these steps:
- Locate the request in the Merchant Dashboard.
- Access the request details and look for the 'Return shipping' section. Click on the three dots on the right and select the 'Change return method' option from the drop-down menu:

- A new window will open with a drop-down menu and the different return methods available. If you choose home collection, you will have to enter the customer's collection address.
Remember to check the boxes you need.

- By saving the change, a return label or home collection will be automatically generated, and the customer will receive an email with the new return instructions.
