  • We can locate the ‘’On-hold'' transactions by applying the following filter in the ' Transactions ' section

 

  • To modify the return method associated with the request, click on " More actions ", select the desired return method and click on " Save ":

 

  • The request can be approved or rejected using the alert that appears at the top, when you access the request details:
