How to resend return instructions to the customer?

Sometimes a customer may enter their details incorrectly and experience problems receiving the email with return instructions. If this happens, you can update their contact information—see a brief guide here—and resend the message so they can complete their return.

  1. Click on the drop-down menu that you will find in the “return shipping” section, lower right corner, and select “Resend return instructions”.
  2. Click “send”.

Once sent, a window will appear in the upper right corner of the screen to confirm that it has been sent correctly.
