How can I cancel a request?
Step-by-step instructions on how to cancel a request with ease, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
Only applies for non-instant transactions. – For instant transactions, visit this article
If a customer changes her mind, and she doesn't want to return the products; or she wants to update the refund method; or she wants to update the return method, you have to cancel the request through the Merchant Dashboard.
You just have to:
- Search the request you want to cancel
- Hit the status drop-down
- Click “Cancelled”

Once cancelled, the customer will be able to request another return/exchange again.
