Sendcloud integration
Reveni integrates with Sendcloud to enables a seamless logistics management for your customers' returns
- This only applies if you have a Sendcloud account
- It is not mandatory to integrate your Sendcloud account
- If you want to integrate your carriers regardless of Sendcloud, get in touch with merchants@reveni.io
If you have a Sendcloud account and you want to visualize the return requests in your Sendcloud's returns dashboard, follow these instructions.
First of all go to your Sendcloud account, and look for “General > Integrations” in the right-side menu:

Then look for the Sendcloud API in the All integrations types section, then click Connect. If you have already enabled the Sendcloud API for other integration, you must create a new instance:

At this point, you should have contacted your Reveni account manager to complete the following details:
- Name: Reveni
Then save the integration, and communicate the Public Key and Secret Key to Reveni (merchants@reveni.io) along with the ID of the contract that you want to integrate.

Once you have shared this information with the Reveni team, wait until they get back to you and filling the integration fields with this information:
