Customize the returns portal and configure basic information
In this section, we'll help you customize the look and feel of your returns portal and establish key information, so the customer experience is consistent with your brand from the start.
Access and Credentials
You can access the Reveni Merchant Dashboard in two ways:
- From the Shopify app
- Using the username and password provided to you by the Customer Success team
In any case, you can create a new password from the user section. Remember, you can add new users at no additional cost! More information here.
Branding Configuration
It's important that the returns experience reflects your visual identity. From the branding section of the Merchant Dashboard, you can customize the following elements:
- ✅ Logo: Upload your brand logo in PNG or JPG format (Max 50KB)
- ✅ Favicon: Add a PNG icon representing your brand that will be displayed in the browser tab. (Maximum 50kb. Square image. Recommended 192x192px)
- ✅ Cover image : Set a featured image for your returns portal, aligned with your brand's visual identity.
- ✅ Mobile background image: Customize the portal background on mobile devices to provide a consistent and engaging visual experience.
- ✅ Laptop background image: Define a specific background for desktop versions that reinforces brand identity without affecting readability.
- ✅ Corporate colors: Define background, button, and text colors to align them with your branding.
- ✅ Returns Widget: Configure and customize the widget to integrate seamlessly into your website, ensuring customers can easily access the returns process.
- ✅ Email Footer: Customize the footer of the automated emails sent to customers. You can include:
Language Settings
If you operate in different markets, you can adjust your language and currency settings to suit your customers from the store section of the Merchant Dashboard. – Please note that when adding new languages, you will need to translate any text you have customized.
Direct Debit
In order to activate the portal, it is necessary to link a bank account that allows us to make direct debit payments from the billing section of the Merchant Dashboard.
Communications Email
Make sure all customer communications are managed from the correct email address. You can check your email address from the store section.
