How to update the available languages?
The communications with the customer will be in the language set in the returns portal. By default, this language will match the browser's language if it is available in the Supported languages list (see below).
If the browser's language is not available, the language used will be the language set as the "Default language"
To update the available languages and the default language:
- Go to the Merchant Dashboard > Settings > Store
- Go to Supported languages
- Update the supported languages and the default language
