How to edit a transaction address?

If a customer wants to provide a new pickup address or made a mistake when making the request, you can modify it from the dashboard.

  1. Access the Merchant Dashboard
  2. Enter the details of the request
  3. Go to the RETURN SHIPPING section and click on the 3 dots
  4. Select the EDIT ADDRESS option and edit it

Now you can then request a new return label.
