How to resend return instructions to the customer?
Sometimes a customer may enter their details incorrectly and experience problems receiving the email with return instructions. If this happens, you can update their contact information—see a brief guide here—and resend the message so they can complete their return.
- Click on the drop-down menu that you will find in the “return shipping” section, lower right corner, and select “Resend return instructions”.
- You will be able to see the return instructions and can choose to send or not the return label or any additional document this email might include. And press ‘Send’
Once sent, a window will appear in the upper right corner of the screen to confirm that it has been sent correctly.
