How to see the images and notes uploaded by a customer?
If your return process requires customers to upload images or notes (e.g., for damaged or incorrect items), you can easily access this information by following these steps:
- Navigate to the list of transactions and locate the relevant return.– Tip: You can apply filters to narrow down the list, such as by selecting returns with the reasons "damaged" or “wrong product.”
- Click on the specific return to view its details.
- If notes or images were uploaded, you’ll see corresponding icons in the return details.

- Click the product to open a pop-up displaying the uploaded images and notes from the customer.
