Merchant Onboarding - Logistics
Table of Contents
From the logistics section of the Merchant Dashboard you can:
- Edit the warehouse address
- Configure the logistics methods and carriers to be used in each region
- Configure the cost of exchanges and returns for each region
- Add the instructions that customers will receive when they complete the application
Warehouse address
Go to the Locations section of the Merchant Dashboard and add the return address – you can add more than one if needed.
Reverse logistics methods
Go to the returns section and create the reverse logistics methods you consider necessary for each region. – Learn more here
💡 Recommendation: We recommend that the cost of exchanges always be lower than that of returns to achieve a higher exchange rate.
💡 Recommendation: If the return rate is high, it is advisable to offer free returns only in certain regions.
💡 Tip: If you'd like to make returns free for only a select group of customers , please contact us at merchants@reveni.io.
Add Carriers
To automate the creation of return labels and have customers receive them by email as soon as they complete their request, you need to integrate the carriers you want to work with.
By default, you can use and activate Reveni rates , but you can also use carriers with which you have a direct contract . To integrate your carriers, we simply need you to share the integration credentials with the Customer Success team at merchants@reveni.io Below you can see the list of credentials we require for the main carriers.
