How can I revert a cancellation?
This only applies to non-instant transactions. If you want to amend an instant transaction, visit this article.
If you have cancelled a request, or it has been automatically cancelled because the customer has not shipped the products, you can easily reverse the status from the request details.
- Access the Dashboard transaction list and search for the request
- Click on the 3 dots next to the transaction status
- Click on “Revert cancelled status”
