How to partially validate a return?
If you received a damaged product, an incorrect product, or the customer changed their mind about part of an order, but the rest of the products arrived correctly, you must partially reject the return.
Since the customer already has the refund (or the replacement products), the non-returned items must be rejected through the product validation page.
- Find the request you want to reject
- Tap the status dropdown menu

Click “Rejected”
- Reject the products you want, indicating the reason for rejection
- Accept the rest of the articles or leave them pending review for later.
If it's an instant transaction, once confirmed, Reveni will cover the cost of unreturned products and initiate the recovery process.
