How to amend an order that has been previously rejected?

This only applies to instant transactions. If you want to amend a non-instant transaction, visit this article.

 

If a customer does not comply with the return conditions, it is necessary to reject the order or product in question. Here is a short article on how to refuse an exchange or return.

However, if we determine that this is a warehouse error or shipping delay, we may reverse the rejection and accept the exchange or return.

  1. Enter your Reveni Dashboard and access the transaction details.
  2. Click on the drop-down menu that you will find in the “transaction” section - upper right corner.
  3. Select the “Correct rejected” option
  1. A window will open where you can see the summary of the products that will be accepted. Select if you want to replenish the stock of these products, and the branch where it will be reflected, in case you have more than one.
  2. Click continue.

Once the process is complete, the transaction will be accepted and an email will be sent to the customer informing them that their products have been accepted.
