The settings page is where you will be able to add all the necessary configuration to make Reveni and your Returns portal behave as you need to fit your Returns and Exchange policy.

It is divided in the following subsections:

• Store: Info about your store and Returns portal, Supported languages, and API keys. Read more.
• Return policy: Supported request types (Returns/Exchanges) and their configuration.
• Refunds: Refund methods and their configuration
• Logistics: Restock options and Return methods (Shipping) available for customers, Return instructions, etc.
• Return reasons: Customizable Return reasons that customers may choose when returning or exchanging a product.

• Branding: Customization options to make the Returns Portal match your brand's image
• Copies: Custom texts (ie: labels, error messages)
• Communications: Reply-to address for customer email notifications, and other options  for transactional communications
• Billing: Billing information for Direct Debit orders.
